Alpha Course
What is the Alpha Course?
Alpha is about the essential points of Christianity. It explores many of the big questions such as:
- What’s the point of life?
- Where do I fit in?
- What relevance does Jesus have for my life today?
The course runs for 11 weeks and is relaxed, low key, friendly and fun. Listen, learn, discuss and discover. Ask anything (even if we don’t know the answer!). Alpha is a place where no question is too simple or too hostile. And it’s supported by all the main Christian denominations.
Who is Alpha for?
Alpha is for everyone! It is for people not attending church. But it is also for those wanting to know more about Christianity; or wanting to renew an existing faith; or rediscover an old faith.
What will it cost?
There is no charge for the Alpha course, although you may wish to make a contribution towards food.
